Trisha's Ambrosia

This may be a Southern show, but there's something about a bowl of shredded apples that screams Passover... here is a Dairy free, Gluten free, Egg free, Nut free, Allergy sensitive dessert straight from the South. Betty Maxwell was so ahead of her time, no wonder Trisha's Dad dug it. Man's got good taste.

Two(!) accidentally vegan gifts: giant individually wrapped chocolate chip cookies. Big & chewy, no less. With the option of double chocolate.

Serious question: has anyone ever really successfully made pita chips at home? Giada's got specific instructions that should help. 

This dip is beautifully simple and versatile. Use any bean, herb or spice. Go for it. Speaking of spice, does it stress anyone else out when she puts the curry-covered teaspoon into the cumin? Giada, do what you want, you're lovely.

This firm, snappy guy isn't too sweet. It has a white filling that isn't really creamy or nougaty, almost like an extension of the chocolate, but with a lil gingery kick to it.
