Mario's Squash Liver



Kabocha Squash is my absolute favorite. It's so rich and creamy (roasted with a spritz of oil and s&p)... So I can't even begin to imagine what level of culinary joy Mario's dish would take you to. This is Squash Porn to the max. Enjoy.

About a month ago I said this about RANCH flavored anything, the same goes for WHITE CHOCLATE.

If you make white-chocolate-anything vegan-friendly, we will buy it and try it at least once. I personally guarantee it.

p.s. You know these granola bars that are hard and crunchy? I may or may not have put one on a plate and warmed it up in the microwave a few secs. It may have been effin delicious.
