Guy's Beet Sliders


Guy Fieri is right - Jerad Nuttall is a genius when it comes to his snappy little grilled beets.
Here's my beef (see what I did there?) with the way people prepare beets in general. Why take the skin off? It's messy and there a ton of vitamins hanging out in there. Eat it. It's good for you. Isn't the skin on a potato the best part? YES.

  1. I'm with you on the skins thing. And also I was wondering what they do with that kick ass broth that they made to stew the beets. If you have to cut the skins off then just throw them back in the broth and nom nom nom on dat soup! And as always, thanks for sharing. :)
