Melissa's Mustard Pecan Beans
For a side dish, I usually just open a can of green beans. This takes about 2x the effort for 20x the classiness and deliciousness. Thank you Melissa d'Arabian, thank you. Bonus protein and crunch from the buttery pecans. (I always toast those babes before using them, do you?)
Sincerest thanks to Scripps, Food Network & Melissa d'Arabian for this accidentally vegan clip and that DRESS.

Kelsey's Lollipops
How badly do you want to make lollipops right now? Did you ever guess it would be so easy?
Imagine the possible flavor combos of juices, extracts, citrus, endless. Or the shapes you could mold for your candy suckers? Innumerable.
Using icing sugar as both a mold and therapeutically - she's the best, non?
Sincerest thanks to Cooking Channel, Scripps & the lovely Kelsey Nixon for this versatile clip!

Rachael's Chili & Green Rice
Another chili recipe. Because beer and smoky peppers. And toppings for days (lime juice! raw onion! scallions! chips!)
But I think the cleverest element of this dish is that rice. The spinach cilantro blend adds flavor deliciousness, green healthiness PLUS heft and bulk - without the carbs.
I can't thank Rachael Ray and her team enough. They sincerely makes some of the most inventive recipes in food television. And thank you to Cooking Channel & Scripps for bringing it to us!
p.s. Ina Garten's Guacamole on top - can you imagine?

Tostitos' Red Pepper Salsa
Where there is smoke there is flavortown.
Y'know that deliciousness in a lot of vegan ham, bacon and hot dogs.. smells like a fire pit and tastes so meaty. This has that.
Why it's not on the label as the #1 selling point we will never know.
But I am here to tell you: This tastes like smoked tomatoes!
Tostitos isn't messing around when it comes to salsa, either, may I highlight 2 other ingredients? Onion broth & Carrot juice. Not. Messing. Around.

Sunny's Casserole Salad
If I'm going to trust anybody to make a healthy version of a Holiday Dish that'll taste just as good if not better - it's Sunny Anderson. Her Green Bean Casserole Salad recipe is accidentally vegan and purposefully flavorful.
Sincerest thanks to the always effervescent Sunny Anderson, Scripps & Food Network for this genius clip!
