Rev Run's Sloppy Joes

How fantastic is this?!? Grandpa LOVES it. "It's made with soy" they say, and he answers, "all the better!" I love HIM.
Also, this is the first Rev Run clip in the Accidentally Vegan collection. Fantastic.
Psst... I once made a video about my favorite ground beef substitute and how to best use it in your cookery if you'd like to see here.
The most heartfelt thank you to the talent behind Rev Run's Sunday Supers, and Cooking Channel & Scripps for sharing them with us.

Dave's Beans

How much do you wanna stick everything you know in that sauce? It's got Sweet & Sour notes! Spice! Tang!
Also, I love a green bean tip. One side has to come off for sure, but both? I feel like we tired Dave out with that extra work.
Thank you so much to Food Network & Scripps for the wonderful joy that is Dave Lieberman and this accidentally vegan clip!

Alton's Pickles

You will never be lonely again when you have vats of pickles you need to look after and care for on a daily basis. Thank you, Alton.

I mean we are all pretty sure how to pickle a cucumber and then culinary master Alton Brown comes along with his science and patience to make legit mf'n PICKLES.

The most sincere thank you to the perfection that is Alton Brown, his Good Eats team and to Food Network & Scripps for bringin 'em all to us.

Debi & Gabriele's Garlic Spinach

I love a cooking video for something so simple you think you know how to make it. Then you watch the video. And you learn how to make it.
So it goes for sautéed spinach! Learn here from the pros. The Tuscan Gun Gabriele Corcos & the effervescent Debi Mazar.
Also. How much do you love a side dish that uses THREE bunches of spinach for 5 servings!? SO much healthiness inside you.
With sincere thanks to Cooking Channel, Debi & Gabriele for this beautiful clip and the beauty of a show that is Extra Virgin.

Guy's Ciabatta Veg Sandwich

Sincerest THANK U to Factory Gastrobar's Natalie Gutenkauf for making one of the best vegetarian sandwiches Guy Fieri has ever had AND it isn't covered in cheese and mayo. Because grill marks, fresh bread, herbs, crunch and creamy bean purée deliciousness is what Flavortown's about.
And thank you to Food Network, Scripps & Guy Fieri's glorious Citizen Pictures team for bringing the perfection that is Triple D.

Rachael's Chili & Green Rice

Another chili recipe. Because beer and smoky peppers. And toppings for days (lime juice! raw onion! scallions! chips!)
But I think the cleverest element of this dish is that rice. The spinach cilantro blend adds flavor deliciousness, green healthiness PLUS heft and bulk - without the carbs.

I can't thank Rachael Ray and her team enough. They sincerely makes some of the most inventive recipes in food television. And thank you to Cooking Channel & Scripps for bringing it to us!

p.s. Ina Garten's Guacamole on top - can you imagine?

Sunny's Casserole Salad

If I'm going to trust anybody to make a healthy version of a Holiday Dish that'll taste just as good if not better - it's Sunny Anderson. Her Green Bean Casserole Salad recipe is accidentally vegan and purposefully flavorful.
Sincerest thanks to the always effervescent Sunny Anderson, Scripps & Food Network for this genius clip!

Rachael's Eggplant Schnitzel

Vegan cooking will make you realize how many of the tastes & flavors you've loved actually come from everything but the meat. I once had a slice of tofu prepared like schnitzel and it even had the same mouthfeel as the veal schnitzel I'd had as a kid.

Can we talk about how eggplant is underrated!? It can be thick and creamy, or chewy and meaty, or thin and crisp. It's endless.

The most sincere thank you to Rachael Ray, Scripps & her incredibly clever team for some of the most creative and healthy recipes in food television.

Ina's Guacamole

This video is pure avocado porn, so hold your hats.

If you're gonna learn how to make guacamole from anybody: Ina Garten. She's got an original technique to keep her guacamole perfectly chunky. But be warned, there's very little facetime with Ina, sadly... you'll have to stare at her adorable hands a lot.

A sincere thank you to Food Network, Scripps & Ina Garten for bringing a lil vegan sunshine into our lives.

Ina's Chunky Pea Soup

I'm with Ina. Why peel your cute lil potatoes if you don't have to? And why do we have to anyway? Skins on!
And not to sound veg-cliché - but this hearty, simple vegan soup is full of protein. Peas are just packed with it.

Thanks to Ina Garten, Food Network & Scripps for eschewing the ham hocks and sharing this classic one-pot meal with us vegetarians!

Rachael's Roasted Broccoli

Love that Rachael Ray uses "Grill Seasoning" on her broccoli! YES.
Try using the sauces, marinades and spices you've loved on meat in vegan dishes: grains, tofu, beans, vegetables.. It'll scare you how similar they can taste.
The most sincere thank you to Rachael Ray, Food Network & Scripps for showing us around those folate-rich stems!

Dave's Breadsticks

Pizza Dough from the grocery store! An Accidentally Vegan treasure.
And Margaret, I see you with your hand up while Dave says "ladies first" and gives the other little girl the garlic brush. Bless your heart.

Frugal Gourmet's Garlic Salad

How to do garlic. Inside and out. Also, possibly the 2 best food tv quotes ever?
"I've never tried this dish. Bill just described it to me."
"I'm choking to death not on the garlic, but the cracker. It wasn't the garlic."
Big garlicky thanks to StickyTape TV for uploading this Accidentally Vegan PBS gem!
