Guy's Quinoa

How much do you love a Guy Fieri clip? SO MUCH.

Get ready for the most descriptive yet still entirely vague instruction on how to cook quinoa, and then confession-cam-style backpedalling whether the vinaigrette is technically really a vinaigrette. LOVE. Seriously, Guy Fieri can literally do anything or almost nothing and it's still some of the most captivating food television out there...

The most heartfelt thank you to the talent behind Guy's Big Bite, The Food Network & Scripps for sharing it all with us.

Guy's Hummus

Guy Fieri had a glorious vegetarian childhood.
And here you get to actually see him make hummus for his sister Morgan and his mom Penelope. Put this clip in your heart and that hummus in your dip bowls. Bonus: it's tahini-free.
Thank you so very much to Guy Fieri, Scripps & Food Network for the food tv perfection that is this.

Rachael's Chili & Green Rice

Another chili recipe. Because beer and smoky peppers. And toppings for days (lime juice! raw onion! scallions! chips!)
But I think the cleverest element of this dish is that rice. The spinach cilantro blend adds flavor deliciousness, green healthiness PLUS heft and bulk - without the carbs.

I can't thank Rachael Ray and her team enough. They sincerely makes some of the most inventive recipes in food television. And thank you to Cooking Channel & Scripps for bringing it to us!

p.s. Ina Garten's Guacamole on top - can you imagine?

Trisha's Thai Salad

Just try and watch this clip without immediately making a salad. It's impossible. (I had to.. and I never make 'em.)
Sure the dressing ingredients are similar to cake (you'll see) - but at least everything else is literally just vegetables and legumes. All good!
Also, that lasagna they serve it with? It's vegan! 100% totally completely: http://youtu.be/IKv6sopE8J0

Thanks to Trisha Yearwood, Ellen Rakieten, Garth Brooks, Scripps & Food Network for this incredibly refreshing food show. Seriously. Healthy, unique, smart and simple. Thank you!

Kelsey's Peanut Sauced Slaw

How much do you want to dip everything into that peanut sauce? Those summer rolls sitting right there? DIP.
Can I add mint to that slaw? Yes? Bless.
And thank you to Scripps, Kelsey Nixon & Cooking Channel for this cute lil accidentally vegan clip!

Debi's Guacamole + Gabriele's Beets

Hold the phone. Don't salt your beet chips until after they come out of the oven? Otherwise they'll get soggy!? This changes everything about everything. And Gabriele Corcos says he's not a chef.
But 1 Question: what does he say at 0:35?!
Thank you to Zero Point Zero Productions for the food tv gorgeousness that is Extra Virgin.

Emeril's Potato Salad

Emeril Lagasse totally upped the ante when it came to television cookery. He's really, really good at it. Plus, he had a HOUSE BAND. Wanna see him do an impersonation of a pervert picking an avocado? You got it at 1:10.
