I love the enunciation and how Giada is using her hands excessively in this clip... Love! Everything seems super hyper-exaggerated. Like it's for little kids? Like learning how to properly cook Swiss Chard isn't exciting enough already? (It totally is)!
The most sincere thank you to Giada De Laurentiis, Food Network & Scripps for this healthy spaghetti dish and the general loveliness that is Everyday Italian.
The best of accidentally vegan television cookery & foodstuff. Lots of foodstuffs.

Trisha's Lasagna with Ricotta
This is food television at its best. We are actually learning how to use brand new ingredients to adjust a familiar dish into one that is good for us. More of this.
Also, Garth Brooks prefers her Tofu Ricotta to the real thing - the world can stop making Ricotta now.Plus! How to press tofu & how amazing nutritional yeast is.. nbd.
The biggest thank you to Trisha Yearwood, Ellen Rakieten & Food Network for savin our health by cookin outside the box.

Giada's Bolognese
The food processor trick seems like a smart way to get that texture out of the veg, huh?
Meaty mushrooms and red wine sure don't hurt either...

Emeril's Peanut Noodles
This Asian style dish, with spaghetti noodles(!), makes me think of starving artists/college students trying to whip up something with whatever's lying around the cupboards. I love it.
