Rachael's Chili & Green Rice



Another chili recipe. Because beer and smoky peppers. And toppings for days (lime juice! raw onion! scallions! chips!)
But I think the cleverest element of this dish is that rice. The spinach cilantro blend adds flavor deliciousness, green healthiness PLUS heft and bulk - without the carbs.

I can't thank Rachael Ray and her team enough. They sincerely makes some of the most inventive recipes in food television. And thank you to Cooking Channel & Scripps for bringing it to us!

Giada's Curried Dip & Chips

Serious question: has anyone ever really successfully made pita chips at home? Giada's got specific instructions that should help. 

This dip is beautifully simple and versatile. Use any bean, herb or spice. Go for it. Speaking of spice, does it stress anyone else out when she puts the curry-covered teaspoon into the cumin? Giada, do what you want, you're lovely.

Hot Dog Chips

Give me a chip aisle and I could spend a good hour reading ingredients lookin for accidentally vegan goods.
President's Choice Ballpark Hot Dog chips: A lotta dill flavor, with a bit of BBQ... Amazingly, a couple minutes after eating them your mouth feels EXACTLY like you just ate a hot dog with the works. Magic.
