Melissa's Mustard Pecan Beans

For a side dish, I usually just open a can of green beans. This takes about 2x the effort for 20x the classiness and deliciousness. Thank you Melissa d'Arabian, thank you. Bonus protein and crunch from the buttery pecans. (I always toast those babes before using them, do you?)
Sincerest thanks to Scripps, Food Network & Melissa d'Arabian for this accidentally vegan clip and that DRESS.

Sunny's Casserole Salad

If I'm going to trust anybody to make a healthy version of a Holiday Dish that'll taste just as good if not better - it's Sunny Anderson. Her Green Bean Casserole Salad recipe is accidentally vegan and purposefully flavorful.
Sincerest thanks to the always effervescent Sunny Anderson, Scripps & Food Network for this genius clip!

Ina's Easy Appetizers

How does Ina Garten entertain her guests? She kicks meaty-cheese gangly bits to the curb and serves up a healthy dose of vegan snacks.
They're easy, light and pair perfectly with drinks! Have you ever loved her more?
Protein. Carbs. Greens. She is pretty perfect. Thanks to Scripps, Food Network and the Culinary Goddess that is Ina Garten for this brilliant "Back to Basics, Ask Ina" segment for the holidays.

Rachael & Avril's Cookies

The method for this cookie reminds me of Rice Krispie Squares.
Who needs marshmallow? Nobody. Who wants chocolate? ERRYBODY.
Can we talk about how great these are in terms of being allergy aware? If you're lactose intolerant, or have an allergy to eggs? VERY. Very great.
Thank you to the Rachael Ray Show for lettin Avril in the kitchen. We love.

Trisha's Ambrosia

This may be a Southern show, but there's something about a bowl of shredded apples that screams Passover... here is a Dairy free, Gluten free, Egg free, Nut free, Allergy sensitive dessert straight from the South. Betty Maxwell was so ahead of her time, no wonder Trisha's Dad dug it. Man's got good taste.
Thanks to Food Network, BJ Flanagan & Scripps for bringing us a quick, tropical southern treat everyone can eat. Unless you don't like fruit. Then we can't help you.
