CLIF's White Chocolate Macadamia

About a month ago I said this about RANCH flavored anything, the same goes for WHITE CHOCLATE.

Dearest Food Companies,
If you make white-chocolate-anything vegan-friendly, we will buy it and try it at least once. I personally guarantee it.

p.s. You know these granola bars that are hard and crunchy? I may or may not have put one on a plate and warmed it up in the microwave a few secs. It may have been effin delicious.

This video is such a great example of how you can make gooey, deliciously chewy, stick-together snacks without marshmallow. (Ahem, you know who). Maple Syrup and Cranberry Juice instead of animal hooves? Yes please!
