Ritz makes a whole wheat version of its beautiful cracker. So you can do this and feel really good & fancy about yourself.

Pressed, firm tofu
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Chives
White Mushroom, chopped
White Onion, finely minced
Celery, finely minced
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Celery Salt (copious)
Turmeric
Mustard
Capers, chopped + some brine
Relish
Braggs
Vegenaise
Paprika sprinkled on top for extra deviled egg style fancy.

Rachael's Chocolate Cupcakes

The easiest chocolate cupcake recipe: if these two can do it, you can too! (No seriously. They both don't bake).
p.s. The frosting is made of tofu, so it not only is packed with protein, but it won't melt in the sun (this is why Rachael has a show: she smart).
