Anne's Portobello & Squash
"Don't be radicchio."
How phenomenal is Anne Burrell?
Remember when she was running around behind Mario Batali on Iron Chef America? And now she is teaching us technique & kitchen lingo. Glorious.
Learn how to fan a mushroom and dress your salad (very very simply).
And the cutest nickname for acorn squash rings, ever.
Thanks to Scripps, Food Network & Mario Batali for sharing with us the joy that is Anne Burrell cookery!

Rachael's Roasted Broccoli
Love that Rachael Ray uses "Grill Seasoning" on her broccoli! YES.
Try using the sauces, marinades and spices you've loved on meat in vegan dishes: grains, tofu, beans, vegetables.. It'll scare you how similar they can taste.
The most sincere thank you to Rachael Ray, Food Network & Scripps for showing us around those folate-rich stems!

Trisha's Thai Salad
Just try and watch this clip without immediately making a salad. It's impossible. (I had to.. and I never make 'em.)
Sure the dressing ingredients are similar to cake (you'll see) - but at least everything else is literally just vegetables and legumes. All good!
Also, that lasagna they serve it with? It's vegan! 100% totally completely: http://youtu.be/IKv6sopE8J0
Thanks to Trisha Yearwood, Ellen Rakieten, Garth Brooks, Scripps & Food Network for this incredibly refreshing food show. Seriously. Healthy, unique, smart and simple. Thank you!

Duff's Onion Rings
Where to begin??
These Onion Rings are dairy free, egg free, gluten free AND Duff Goldman's FAVORITE. Bonus: he eats his Onion Rings with Ketchup.
Huge thank you to chef Akasha Richmond, Food Network & Scripps for the perfection that is a "Crunchy" episode of TBTIEA.

Giada's Farro
This recipe is ridiculously quick and easy. But now we know how to cook (and pronounce) a new grain: Farro!
I'll take this quickie over the same old rice/pasta recipes any day...
Thanks to Scripps, Food Network and Giada De Laurentiis for cooking outside the (grain) box!
