Tia's Milkshake

I love when cooking hosts are just honest! "I'm staying away from dairy" - So many people are avoiding so many things! Let's just relate! Yes!
The frozen banana is EVERYTHING. I made a video about it, obsessed: https://youtu.be/tQtjdc5deKE?list=PLI4wq7NNonAzSTyAdU-JsTEGnDxbcf45Y

Thank you so much to Tia Mowry & The Cooking Channel for the lovely vegan-friendly clip!

Gwyneth Paltrow MAKES MUFFINS.
Of course they're gluten free. And vegan. Bless her.
(In case you don't love Rachael enough already, just listen to her swoon for Almond Milk. Love!)
And, uhm... how lovely to hear Gwyneth talk just like us? "Uhm.... AMAZING. Uhm. 5-Spice. AMAZING. Smells AMAZING." Yay!
The most amazing sincere thank you to Gwyneth Paltrow for her allergy-friendly recipe, Rachael Ray and her genius team for bringing it all to us.

Hey do you want to save a billion dollars and cut a year out of your morning commute? Maybe you just want a really, really good Chai Tea Latte that happens to be dairy free?
Does Oprah know about this? She makes a killer Chai for Starbucks...
Thank you to ABC's The Chew and Carla Hall for always, always thinking out of the box & saving us $$$.

Peanut Butter Cheerios

I think you can judge a cereal's deliciousness by its smell (or not) when you open it... this was pure peanut butter.
And it tastes phenomenal.

Can't figure out if the different colours mean different things? But I'm really enjoying going through whole bowls to figure it out..
