Rachael's Quinoa Peppers
Rachael Ray teaches us how to cook quinoa with her adorable mug as a measuring vessel. Maximum loveliness.
Did you know 1 cup dry quinoa yields 4 cups cooked!? Do you also just wanna throw some olives in there? Ya, me too. Maybe even raisins and nuts.. I swear I can see the olives in her finished peppers.. A food-wish hallucination. Thanks so much to Scripps & Food Network for the culinary class that is Rachael Ray!
