Just when you thought you couldn't adore Debi & Gabriele any more: she uses dried beans to impress their guests; he lets you know he normally just opens a couple cans. Phew.
Pull that stale stuff outta the back of your bread box and make soup! (Or that gluten free loaf you bought that's harder than steel).
The sincerest thank you to Zero Point Zero & Cooking Channel for this lovely piece of vegan food television.
The best of accidentally vegan television cookery & foodstuff. Lots of foodstuffs.

Rachael's Kale & Mushrooms
Rachael Ray. What a pro. Watch her burn herself and not miss a beat, then use kale like it's nbd 300 years before anyone knew what it was.
How to smother your vegetables and properly cook a mushroom (no salt!) in a quick lil 3 minute video.
Thank you to Food Network & Scripps for sharing with us the joy that is Rachael Ray!

Guy's Macrobiotic Childhood
There are TOO many things to love about Guy Fieri's visit to The Chew, where he joined Mario Batali and Michael Symon in making vegan sandwich toppings (!)
A couple highlights:
1. Fieri talks about his upbringing with macrobiotic parents.
2. Mario Batali dances from the get go.
3. Fieri, of all people, tries to keep the segment on track (more than once).
4. Fancy sandwich toppings include Batali's peperonata & Symon's sauerkraut.
5. We find out what Guy Fieri & Melissa McCarthy in Bridesmaids have in common.
6. They do the Three Amigos salute. I am not kidding.
